Since I started my blog, I’ve found myself creating various tools to assist with different tasks. I thought it would be nice to share them, so I created this page to list them here, in case they can be of help to others.

- Guestbooks — allows you to easily create and add a guestbook to your site.
- This works on any site, but I wanted to specifically note for Bearblog users that you need a paid account in order to embed a custom Guestbook with JavaScript (only paid accounts can embed JS).
- Mochi — a lightweight analytics service that also supports sending and receiving webmentions.
- Mire — web-based, minimalistic RSS reader.
- Kitty — a lightweight blogging platform, similar in spirit to Bearblog. I mostly wanted something I could use with my static site generator.
- Aether — throw your thoughts into the void! It allows you to cross post (both text and images) to Bluesky, Mastodon, status.cafe, piclog.blue, and Tumblr.
- I mostly use this to cross post stuff.
- Longhand — Reliably extracts handwritten text as markdown. Great if you want to write your blog posts by hand or digitize existing notes. Note that the AI will refuse to work if your text includes violence or lewdness.
- I've ported this over as an Obsidian plugin, and I have to say it's much more convenient to use

- Harvest — Word game. Every day you're given a set of letters and your goal is to find all possible words that can be written with them.
